Why hello there. My name is Colin Mansfield, and I love coffee. I’m currently going to school at the United States Military Academy in New York, about an hour north of New York City. I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho.

I originally started BoiseCoffee as a way for me to tell you about my thoughts on coffee shops and drinks. As it’s grown, and as I’ve grown, I’ve realized that central to the coffee experience is community. For me, a cup of joe is made infinitely better when I’m sharing it with someone I care about. Can you relate? Because of this, BoiseCoffee has been transformed into a community of people from around the world who want to share in that cooperative spirit that makes coffee so great.
